Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Change Management Manager located in Bangkok. The Change Management Manager will be responsible for leading change initiatives, developing change management strategies, and ensuring effective communication and training. Day-to-day tasks include assessing change impacts, creating change management plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes smoothly. The role also involves monitoring progress, identifying resistance, and providing support to ensure successful adoption of changes.
