Job Description
The Change Manager is responsible for managing the people side of change in an organization, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementations, process improvements, or technology rollouts. Their role focuses on minimizing resistance, maximizing adoption, and ensuring business benefits are realized.Responsibilities:1. Change Strategy & Planning• Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.• Identify risks and resistance points, developing mitigation strategies.• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication• Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships.• Develop clear, engaging communication plans (emails, FAQs, workshops, etc.).• Facilitate feedback loops to address concerns and improve adoption.3. Training & User Enablement• Design and deliver training programs to support end-user adoption.• Develop training materials, user guides, FAQs, and other support resources.• Organize workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions for knowledge transfer.4. User Experience & Adoption Support• Ensure a smooth transition by enhancing the user experience.• Gather user feedback and provide continuous improvement recommendations.• Monitor adoption rates and track key success metrics.5. Change Reinforcement & Continuous Improvement• Establish mechanisms for sustained adoption (champion networks, post-go-live support, etc.).• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect lessons learned.• Work with leadership to integrate change into organizational culture.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management• Background in project management, organizational development, or business transformation• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsWork Setup: Full Onsite in BGC, Taguig
