A leading international law firm is launching a programme to redefine how lawyers operate, leveraging AI and smarter technology across 1,500+ lawyers and they need an experience Legal Change Manager to make it happen.You’ll join a pioneering team including senior leaders, a Programme Manager, Director of AI and an innovation lab. From integrating Microsoft Teams with document management systems to enabling AI tools for contract drafting, legal research, and more, you’ll help lawyers adopt innovative ways of working.Your mission is to create a complete change framework: training plans, communications strategy, and adoption programmes, all guided by Prosci methodology. Legal experience is essential; experience with AI-enabled tech is a strong advantage.
