Who We AreBy joining our project, you will be working on an initiative of the European Commission focused on creating a more efficient, modern and secure customs environment within the European Union. Being part of this initiative set on a 5 years’ timeline, you will have the opportunity to work on topics such as digitalization of customs processes, streamlining customs procedures to facilitate trade and reduce costs, harmonization of customs rules across all EU member states and combating fraud.This purposeful project will not only give you the opportunity to have an impact on one of the key topics within the European Union, it will also offer you various professional opportunities, let you experience a collaborative environment, using cutting-edge technologies and experiencing diversity in your everyday professional life.What You’ll Be DoingDriving the implementation of Change, Release, Problem and Incident management initiatives to increase employee adoption and engagementApplying best practices, support business transformation, and act as a key communicator between stakeholders.Supporting and contributing to industry-standard digital change management models.Engaging business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to promote best practices in Change, Release, Problem and Incident Management.Making strategic recommendations to support business transformation and adoption.Anticipating business direction and identifying opportunities for change.Executing regional Change, Release, Problem and Incident Management and Enablement plans while reporting on activities.Facilitating communication between business units, clients, and stakeholders to drive change.Deploying Change, Release, Problem and Incident management solutions and tracking program effectiveness.Accelerating adoption, utilization, and proficiency of organizational changes to maximize ROI.Building and maintaining cross-functional relationships to foster a culture of continuous improvement.What You’ll Bring AlongBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in Change, Release, Problem and Incident management and technology adoption within multinational organizationsIndustry-recognized ITIL certification.Strong understanding of change management methodologies, principles, and tools.Hands-on experience in driving adoption projects for large-scale organizations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change.Resilient problem-solving abilities, adaptable mindset, and a commitment to innovation.Ability to assess and resolve complex issues creatively.Proven capacity to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.A track record of delivering measurable business impact through change management strategies.Accountability for delivering results with minimal supervision.Excellent command of both spoken and written English
