Initial design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing are, in a majority of our products, managed within our own facilities, leading to shorter lead times, faster responses, and greater convenience for our clients overall.Job SummaryAs a Channel Account Manager you are responsible for your own portfolio of clients, who are in need of high-end AV solutions as well as key distributors, integrators and resellers and your key criteria of success is hitting your sales targets while ensuring a great customer and partner experience in the process.You will be a key member of our Nordic Sales team and have your base in our Danish office in HorsensYour tasks and responsibilitiesManaging the business and sales relationships with Biamp’s key channel partners made up of AV integrators and UC / IT resellers in the region.Ensuring they are supported and trained to identify and win opportunities involving Biamp solutions.Recruiting and onboarding new channel partners best suited to sell Biamp solutions into the Danish marketDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Biamp’s global goalsPlan towards, evaluate and achieve quarterly and annual sales targetsReport, align and provide input to your Manager as well as your colleagues in the sales teamCollaborating with Pre-sales, Sales Support, Marketing and Tech Support to ensure fast and efficient sales processesPlan, coordinate and execute sales processes and ensure continuous follow-up and conversion all the way from contact to signed dealConduct sales meetings, create business cases and offersDrive your pipeline and maintain pipeline overview in the CRMFoster and sustain strategic, long-term relationships built on trust with high-volume customers, driving organic growth and achieving the company’s long-term objectives.Track industry trends and customer drivers, and regularly collaborate with management to align on strategy.QualificationsOverall experience in business development, new bizz sales and/or Account Management with specific experience in selling through and managing Channel PartnersAt least 3-5 years of experience within this specific B2B hardware industry (AV, control systems etc.)Proficient in Value-based Selling, Challenger Sales, Command of Message, BANT, MEDDIC/MEDDPIC or any other specific B2B sales framework providing you with a structured approachGreat interpersonal and customer communication skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and EnglishCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base pay + bonusHealth insurance, work insurance and pensionCar allowanceFitness membership reimbursementRecruitment processThe deadline for applying is 10/11 and we will ensure you get response as fast as possible.
