该职位来源于猎聘 Inspiring – Your Tasks1、Build up distribution channel business partner development, supporting and management structure;建立分销渠道业务伙伴开发、支持和管理架构; 2、Develop and manage distribution channel partners from business policy, partner agreement, process and sales engagement perspective;从商业政策、合作伙伴协议、流程和销售业务的角度开发和管理分销渠道合作伙伴; 3、Develop qualified distribution channel to have good region and industry coverage;开发符合标准和政策的分销渠道,使其具有良好的区域和行业覆盖性; 4、Develop and maintain partnerships, keep good communication with channel partners;开发和维护合作伙伴关系,与渠道合作伙伴保持良好沟通; 5、Coordinate customer events to effect drive order and sales revenue through channel partners;协调客户活动,通过渠道合作伙伴推动订单和销售收入达成; 6、Targeting proper customer group and identify potential partners together with sales team;与销售团队一起定位合适的客户群,识别潜在的合作伙伴; 7、Work with channel partners on project and customer base, necessary activities (regular business review, training, visiting etc.);与渠道合作伙伴一起处理项目和客户基础的以及必要的活动(定期业务回顾,培训,拜访等); 8、Review performance of channel partner according to the target and business development plan;根据目标和业务发展计划对渠道合作伙伴的绩效进行评估; Convincing – Your profile:1、Bachelor or above, engineering or business administration is preferred;本科及以上学历,理工科或工商管理专业优先; 2、Professional distribution channel partner management experiences in industry market, with electrical components is preferred;在行业市场有专业的分销渠道合作伙伴管理经验,有电器元件工作经验者优先; 3、Strong sales motivation and high degree of creativity to analyze and serve customer needs;强烈的销售动机和高度的创造性分析和服务客户需求; 4、Team player, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently;具有团队合作精神,结果导向,自我激励,能够独立开展工作; 5、Well-rounded communication skills for internal and external;良好的内部和外部沟通能力; 6、Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point);熟练使用办公软件(Word,Excel和PPT); 7、Willingness for necessary business trip;可以接受必要的出差工作; 8、Good in English reading and writing.良好的英语读写能力。
