Channel Development Manager / 渠道发展经理

该职位来源于猎聘 Inspiring – Your Tasks1、Build up distribution channel business partner development, supporting and management structure；建立分销渠道业务伙伴开发、支持和管理架构; 2、Develop and manage distribution channel partners from business policy, partner agreement, process and sales engagement perspective；从商业政策、合作伙伴协议、流程和销售业务的角度开发和管理分销渠道合作伙伴； 3、Develop qualified distribution channel to have good region and industry coverage；开发符合标准和政策的分销渠道，使其具有良好的区域和行业覆盖性； 4、Develop and maintain partnerships, keep good communication with channel partners；开发和维护合作伙伴关系，与渠道合作伙伴保持良好沟通; 5、Coordinate customer events to effect drive order and sales revenue through channel partners；协调客户活动，通过渠道合作伙伴推动订单和销售收入达成； 6、Targeting proper customer group and identify potential partners together with sales team；与销售团队一起定位合适的客户群，识别潜在的合作伙伴; 7、Work with channel partners on project and customer base, necessary activities (regular business review, training, visiting etc.)；与渠道合作伙伴一起处理项目和客户基础的以及必要的活动(定期业务回顾，培训，拜访等); 8、Review performance of channel partner according to the target and business development plan；根据目标和业务发展计划对渠道合作伙伴的绩效进行评估; Convincing – Your profile:1、Bachelor or above, engineering or business administration is preferred；本科及以上学历，理工科或工商管理专业优先; 2、Professional distribution channel partner management experiences in industry market, with electrical components is preferred；在行业市场有专业的分销渠道合作伙伴管理经验，有电器元件工作经验者优先; 3、Strong sales motivation and high degree of creativity to analyze and serve customer needs；强烈的销售动机和高度的创造性分析和服务客户需求; 4、Team player, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently；具有团队合作精神，结果导向，自我激励，能够独立开展工作; 5、Well-rounded communication skills for internal and external；良好的内部和外部沟通能力; 6、Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point)；熟练使用办公软件（Word,Excel和PPT)； 7、Willingness for necessary business trip；可以接受必要的出差工作； 8、Good in English reading and writing.良好的英语读写能力。
