About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Development & Partnerships Manager to expand our license SaaS revenue through strategic partnerships primarily across Canada and the US. This full-time role is based in either Vancouver and offers a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential business partners in the Financial Services sector across Canada and the US.Develop and execute strategic plans to increase SaaS license sales via channel partners.Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and tailor solution offerings to drive mutual growth.Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process and ongoing relationship management.Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.Track and report on partner pipeline activity, revenue targets, and market trends.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Maximizer’s solutions and expand the partner network.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within SaaS, CRM, or Financial Services technology sectors.Strong understanding of the Financial, Wealth, and Insurance advisory landscape.Proven success in developing and executing partner channel strategies that drive revenue growth.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working in a hybrid environment; comfortable with remote collaboration tools.Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to the US as required.Why you should apply:💰 Competitive Salaries with RRSP matching program🏝 Generous paid vacay and sick days💻 A powerful Laptop📚 Budget for courses, books, and personal development❤️ Peer to peer recognition and rewards🍹 Team building events, happy hours, and off-sites🧒🏻 Parental leave benefitsAbout MaximizerMaximizer is a leading Canadian tech company specializing in CRM solutions tailored for Financial Services, including Financial, Wealth, and Insurance Advisors.
