Our client is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on digital marketing expert to lead their digital strategy. This role is suited for someone with a deep technical understanding of digital channels, performance marketing, and data-driven strategies, rather than a traditional marketing generalist. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, programmatic, etc. ). Own performance marketing – driving traffic, lead generation, and conversions through data-driven decision-making. Oversee digital campaigns end-to-end, including setup, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
Implement and manage digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, marketing automation, etc. ). Optimise website performance through CRO, UX improvements, and SEO best practices. Leverage data & analytics to track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights. Manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations. Work closely with content, creative, and development teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives. Requirements And SkillsProven hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and execution (not just overseeing agencies or teams).
Expert knowledge of digital channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and analytics. Strong technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and automation platforms. Experience managing digital budgets and performance metrics. Ability to analyse and interpret data, with a results-driven mindset. Strong understanding of website performance, UX, CRO, and A/B testing.
