Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security practices and technologies, as well as a passion for safeguarding systems and data. Key responsibilitiesImplement and manage security solutions, including Splunk and Vormetric/CipherTrust. Conduct systematic log analysis and evaluate interconnected systems for vulnerabilities. Utilize ethical hacking tools and methodologies to assess and improve security frameworks. Manage security-enforcing products, controls, and AI-based network monitoring tools. Ensure the integrity of network technologies, including LAN and WAN configurations. Leverage Azure security stacks to fortify cloud environments.

Oversee the security of Windows operating systems and firewall configurations. Provide expert recommendations to align security practices with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and seamless IT environment. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience RequiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in IT security. Strong knowledge of Splunk, Vormetric/CipherTrust, and network technologies. Experience with security-enforcing products and ethical hacking methodologies. Proficiency in Azure security, log analysis, and Windows OS. Relevant industry qualifications or demonstrable expertise in current security technologies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently when required.
