Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a creative mindset, strong organisational skills, and a good understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels within a professional or financial services setting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior marketers and key business stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns, support events, and produce engaging content.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, print, and web. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, client updates, and branded assets. Manage website content updates and ensure SEO best practices are applied. Support internal and external events and sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis. Create and schedule content for social media platforms, maintaining consistent brand messaging and tone of voice. Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects. Monitor campaign performance, providing reports and insights to optimise future activity.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure all marketing activities comply with UK advertising and financial promotion regulations, including FCA guidelines where applicable. Key RequirementsPrevious experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within financial, legal, or professional services. A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (e. g. CIM, IDM, or relevant degree). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience with digital marketing platforms (e. g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite, CMS tools) and basic knowledge of design software (e. g.

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
