Seeking candidates who have experience building channel sales through resell with distributors, resellers, GSI, MSP's and hyperscalers and having success in building long term relationships with the partner network and achieving revenue targets over the years. Candidates should have a strong understanding and a deep knowledge of the current channel/distribution ecosystem prevailing in Australia. The candidate also must have a proven track record in nurturing executive-level partner relationships and demonstrating exceptional business planning skills and work out appropriate partner program and incentives for the channel growth in the market. Responsibilities:Strategically manage and expand major channel partnerships in Australia and in the process driving substantial revenue growth.Work on Partner program enhancements along with enablement strategies and performance metrics, to maximize partner engagement and revenue generation.Collaborate with our Internal sales teams and the regional business heads and cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success and working closely with our distributor teamsRegularly review and adjust strategies to respond to market changes and partner feedback, ensuring alignment with company goals and partner needs. Also should be open for interstate and local travel within Australia to meet the channel network and also conduct QBR's with the channel partners.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or channel sales, with a focus on having built strategic partnership in the Australia market.Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships.Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, with excellent presentation and communication skills.Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact partner strategies.SaaS background is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of software and services alliances.Willingness to travel frequently to engage with partners and internal teams.
