Job Description
We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead partner engagement and drive product sell-out across distributors, resellers, and retailers in the Middle East region. In this role, you will design and execute strategic channel marketing programs, manage MDF (Marketing Development Fund) investments, and deliver impactful partner initiatives that maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen Cooler Master’s regional market presence.ResponsibilitiesDrive sell-out performance across distributors, resellers, retailers, and system integrators (SIs).Develop and manage comprehensive channel marketing programs, including bundles, incentives, MDF campaigns, shop-in-shop activations, training, and toolkits.Execute partner-facing campaigns and retail activations to enhance brand visibility and conversion at the point of sale.Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as sell-out volume, program participation, MDF ROI, and partner engagement.Manage MDF budgets effectively with a focus on ROI and impact measurement.Build and sustain senior-level relationships with strategic partners to ensure program success.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing to align go-to-market strategies and execution.Support distributor reorder planning and tracking to meet shared sales targets.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or partner marketing, ideally within the consumer electronics, IT hardware, or gaming industries.Proven success managing MDF budgets, analyzing ROI, and executing retail/channel activations.Experience leading cross-functional projects or small teams is an advantage.Required SkillsIn-depth knowledge of distributor and reseller ecosystems in the Middle East region.Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.Excellent project management and communication abilities.Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus).Advanced presentation and partner negotiation skills.
