In the Nordics, you will have the opportunity to further expand our channel ecosystem and strengthen Nedap’s presence across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.As Channel Partner Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and growing new and existing partners. With your network, entrepreneurial drive, and collaborative mindset, you will build a solid foundation for sustainable growth in the region.Responsibilities Your responsibilities Recruit and contract new channel partners and end customers; Manage and grow the relationship with our existing partners; Organize discovery sessions (JDF) and build joint business plans (JBP) together with partners; Drive pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling and joint go-to-market activities; Work closely with partner success managers on enablement and certifications; Collaborate with the inside partner account manager on tenders, deal registrations, and renewals; Represent Nedap at security and IT events across the Nordics. Your team You will be part of an international channel team of colleagues with complementary roles, such as channel partner managers, partner success managers, inside partner account managers, integrations team. Together we recruit, enable and grow our partner ecosystem. Collaboration is key: while you focus on the Nordics, you will work closely with colleagues in enablement, operations and technical consultancy to ensure partners are successful.You will report to the Channel director. We offer the opportunity to join a highly successful, growing, market-leading organization with a strong mission and values, as well as a market competitive remuneration.Required Required experience and skills Minimum of 10 years experience in channel sales or partner management in IT, software, or security; Strong existing network in the Nordic physical security market; Proven track record in recruiting and growing new partners; Business development skills with a true hunter mindset; Strong communication and relationship management skills; Self-starter, eager to build the region from a small base; Fluent in English; a Nordic language is a strong plus; Ideally based in Stockholm or Copenhagen – at the heart of the Nordic market.
