Channel Sales Executive – IT/Cybersecurity

The company delivers end-to-end cybersecurity services that help organizations strengthen their digital infrastructure and protect against emerging cyber threats.About the jobThis is a Sales Channel Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur, where you will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s channel partner network to achieve business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to build partner relationships, drive B2B revenue, and deliver market expansion strategies.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand partner networks and drive revenue growth.Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators).Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through ongoing engagement and support.Work closely with the Marketing team on joint campaigns, product promotions, and partner engagement programs.Conduct regular partner performance reviews to identify business opportunities and address challenges.Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and competitive offerings to support business positioning.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT distribution would be an added advantage.What’s on offer:Exposure to the fast-growing IT and cybersecurity industry, with regional partner collaborationCompetitive remuneration and benefits (basic salary up to RM 6k monthly + commission)The chance to be part of one of Malaysia’s top cybersecurity companies
