Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to build and grow our distribution network in Eastern Europe and Turkey. This region has a rapidly growing industrial automation market, with strong opportunities for cost-effective, high-performance automation products from China.The role focuses on identifying distributors with strong customer access, technical capability, and willingness to promote Chinese automation brands.Key Responsibilities1. Distributor Identification & Acquisition● Locate and evaluate automation distributors across Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, and Turkey.● Prioritize partners that serve machine builders, panel manufacturers, and system integrators.● Establish partnerships with fast-growing distributors eager to collaborate with Chinese suppliers.2. Channel Enablement & Technical Training● Conduct product introduction sessions and technical training for distributor engineers.● Support partners in early-stage customer projects, proof-of-concept testing, and demo applications.● Guide distributors on how to build sustainable technical support capabilities.3. Business Development & Market Expansion● Jointly develop sales plans and target lists with distributors to accelerate product adoption.● Support local marketing activities including trade shows, customer workshops, and on-site seminars.● Build strong relationships with key local decision makers and technical influencers.4. Partner Performance Management● Perform routine business reviews, follow up on sales pipelines, and ensure KPIs are met.● Assist partners in large opportunities, pricing decisions, and competitive positioning.● Provide clear feedback to headquarters regarding local market needs (e.g., special features, translations, certifications, documentation).RequirementsProfessional Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in automation, mechanical/electrical engineering, or business.● 3–5+ years experience in channel sales within automation, drives, PLC/HMI, robotics, or industrial machinery supply chain.● Experience working in growth markets or developing distributor ecosystems.Languages● Fluent English required.● Additional regional languages preferred:○ Turkish, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, Serbian, etc.Other Requirements● Ability to travel extensively across Eastern Europe and Turkey.● Strong ability to build new markets from zero and work independently.● Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
