Purpose Of This PositionThe primary objective of the Moxa Korea (MKR) Channel Sales Manager (CSM) is to drive revenue growth and market expansion by effectively managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators. This role is ensuring the successful execution of MKR channel sales strategies and achieving the business goals. Key objectives for this position include: Revenue Growth: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and increase market penetration. Sales Enablement: Provide channel partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell Moxa's product portfolio. CME (Channel Management Excellence): Manage channel business performance by CME methodology to ensure that channel partners are aligned with Moxa business objectives. Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes and etc. to adapt and refine sales strategies for sustained success. Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with MKR and MHQ (Moxa HQ), including marketing, technical, product management and etc. to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize the value delivered by channel partners. Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.Major Area Of ResponsibilityEssential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Channel Management Channel Sales Target: Independently responsible for MKR channel partners and ensure to achieve channel business/sales target. Channel Management Excellence (CME): Familiar with CME and ensure that channel partners are aligned with CME to achieve business objectives. Channel Business Plan: Lead the channel to develop annual channel business plan and review regularly to achieve the target or mitigate the gap. Channel sales review: Following CME guideline to monitor and analyze Moxa Channel sales performance, and initiate developmental plans designed to achieve sales target. Channel contract: Responsible of completing channel contract with authorization guidelines. Preferred Account (PA) Development: Identify PA with channel partners and leverage MKR/MHQ resource to develop the PA business. Channel Marketing: Work with marketing team and PMM (Product Marketing Manager) team to develop channel marketing plan and program. Sales Operation: Work with MAT/MKR Sale Operation to implement channel related programs. Develop channel policies and procedures for MKR channel.Operations Manage and enforce Moxa’s price management program. Planning Moxa’s functional discount program. Develop training programs in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams and act as the conduit for product launch trainings with our channel.Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering or equivalent work experience Five to seven years of sales experience required. Three to five years of channel management experience required. Experience developing and running channel partner and distributor programs. Fluent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) Travel required – 30%Required Competencies Strong negotiation and business skills to work cross departmentally. Team oriented spirit and ability to leverage field and corporate resources successfully. Ability to lead consensus and alignment and resolve issues across departments and organizations.
