Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing a routine of developmentally appropriate activities by supporting children's social,physical, cognitive, ATL and language developmentAssist in implementing a developmentally appropriate early childhood program, by consistently applying MO Childcare Licensing Standards and EHS Performance StandardsCommit to the success of the program by maintaining Infant Toddler CPR and First Aid certification, helping prepare materials and classrooms for early care and learning, maintaining ratios while providing coverage in the classroom and supporting general childcare tasks for evening meetings and events.

Follow regulatory compliance by attending meetings and trainings as required by CHS, Licensing, Sanitation, USDA CACFP and EHS requirements. Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned area by performing general tasks such as but not limited to laundry and common area cleaning and follows guidelines in food preparation and cleaning proceduresResponsible for promoting a positive Safety Culture by following established safe work practices and policies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Skills And AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The ability to demonstrates strong working knowledge of HS Performance Standards, MO Childcare Licensing, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and sanitation regulations and requirements, developmentally appropriate practices.
