We are seeking a well-rounded and resourceful Production Manager to lead end-to-end creative and physical productions. From campaigns and digital content to pop-ups, collaborations, and consignment projects, you’ll drive execution with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. This role blends creative sensibility, logistical expertise, contract and vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to bring brand stories to life across all platforms and physical spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign, Editorial & Social Content ProductionLead end-to-end execution of photoshoots, videos, lookbooks and social content productionManage all logistics including scheduling, casting, location scouting, crew booking, permits, travel, and call sheetsLiaise with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Merchandising) to align production goals with brand direction and campaign needsOversee post-production timelines, file delivery, and ensure asset quality and usage rights are metRetail, Pop-Ups & Brand ExperienceManage production of pop-ups stores, in-store activations, and event builds (e. g.
launch installations, seasonal windows)Source and secure locations, vendors, permits, contractors, and temporary staffingOversee contract coordination and terms negotiation with property owners, suppliers, and event vendorsCollaborate with VM and Retail Ops to ensure experiential executions align with branding and operational needsCollaboration & Consignment ProjectsOversee production logistics and asset deliverables for artist, designer, and brand collaborationsManage contracts, deliverables, and rights usage with legal teams and external partnersSupport execution of consignment projects from sample flows to partner coordinationEnsure all contractual obligations are met, including timelines, credits, and content approvalsBudgeting, Contracts & Resource ManagementManage full production budgets from planning to reconciliation, ensuring optimal spend and quality outputNegotiate vendor rates, coordinate contract drafting and execution, and manage service agreementsTrack expenses, review supplier agreements, and ensure timely payments with Finance teamDraft, review, and manage all production-related contracts, ensuring alignment with Legal and Finance obligationsCross-Functional/Departmental & Stakeholder ManagementServe as production point person across departments:
Marketing, Creative, Retail, PR, Finance, VM, and LegalAnticipate risks, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain project momentumManage multiple timelines while ensuring clarity, compliance, and on-time deliveryWorkflow Optimization & Post-ProductionDefine best practices and production processes for workflow optimizationOversee post-production schedules, asset QC, and on-time handover to digital and retail channelsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Marketing, or related fields8+ years of production experience in fashion, creative agency, or brand-side roles, with 3+ years in a senior leadership capacityProven experience managing both digital and physical productions (shoots, pop-ups, collaborations)Strong knowledge of contract coordination, supplier terms, and production legalitiesNetwork of production vendors, stylists, contractors, and freelance creativesProficient in production and workflow tools (e.
g. Airtable, Trello, Excel, StudioBinder, PlannerExcellent project and time management skills with strong attention to detail
