RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate model and product view shoots and ensure assets are delivered on time and within budgetAlign, coordinate, and work closely with the creative content teamManage the weekly shoot calendar and products across eCommerce platforms ensuring all resource needs are metTrack schedules, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and schedule dependency problemsCoordinating logisticsAssist in creative content and marketing effortsMaintaining project budgets, quoting and estimatingMaintaining the organisation of incoming billing, receipts, vendor and invoicesSupport stylist in a variety of tasks related to the development of eCommerce shootsAssist in internal product upload schedules and working closely with internal teams to ensure all products go live within the given timeframeAssist in managing wardrobe/props etc.
Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiorREQUIREMENTSAble to commit at least 3-6 months internshipUndergoing Diploma and above in fashion media, fashion design, marketing or a related fieldExperience in a similar role is advantageousComplete portfolio showcasing styling skills and experiencePossess PowerPoint skillsProficient in software programs including but not limited to Adobe Creative SuiteArtistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing contentGood communication and interpersonal skillsDeadline driven and ability to multi-tasks concurrentlyOrganized, independent and team playerFlexible and adaptable
