Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Charter Sales Executive to lead and grow our charter business. This role requires a highly motivated individual with deep industry knowledge, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage the full cycle of charter sales from lead generation to post-flight support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and promoting the full suite of UAS services across global markets. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery, operational excellence, and commercial success.Key Responsibilities:Develop new sales leads, expand networks, and establish competitive pricing structures to drive revenue and meet departmental targets.Proactively foster relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the UAS brand and secure repeat business.Assess and understand individual client requirements, providing customized charter solutions aligned with their needs and expectations.Present the full range of UAS services to clients with a cross-selling approach to maximize revenue potential.Manage the full lifecycle of charter flights, including quoting, booking, coordinating flight schedules, and ensuring smooth post-flight formalities.Build and manage a robust client portfolio, generating profitable deals and ensuring account growth within the Air Charter Department.Provide 24/7 client and operator support to ensure seamless communication, business continuity, and rapid response to operational needs.Monitor aviation industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and uncover new business opportunities.Promote UAS-managed aircraft via online charter portals, digital campaigns, and direct engagement with potential clients.Handle charter requests efficiently, identifying the most effective and cost-optimal solutions using internal and external resources.Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Operations and Executive Travel, to ensure all permits, documentation, slots, and ground handling services are secured and on time.Ensure exceptional execution of every charter flight through follow-ups and operational oversight.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and establish new connections.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in charter sales, preferably within a global or regional aviation company.Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.Strong knowledge of the aviation landscape, including aircraft specifications, broker networks, and global regulatory frameworks.Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet client and operational needs.Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.Key Competencies:Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to generate leads, close high-value deals, and exceed sales targets.Customer Relationship Management: Strong capability in developing long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.Aviation Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of aircraft types, charter operations, route planning, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and negotiation to drive financial performance.Operational Coordination: Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail across the charter process.Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Analytical Thinking: Capable of understanding client needs and industry trends to craft effective and tailored solutions.Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and executive support.Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, aviation platforms, and charter booking portals.
