Exclusive Aviation is one of The Bahamas’ leading private aircraft charter and management companies operating a diverse fleet of aircraft serving The Bahamas, the Caribbean, the U.S., and Canada.This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong administrative, sales, and client service skills who thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment.About the RoleThe Charter Sales & Trip Coordinator will support Exclusive Aviation’s charter operations by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating all aspects of confirmed trips. This client-facing role bridges sales and operations, ensuring each charter experience meets the highest standard of safety, efficiency, and personalized service.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to charter inquiries and prepare accurate, competitive trip quotations.Maintain client communication from initial inquiry through trip completion.Coordinate trip logistics including ground handling, catering, customs, and crew arrangements.Prepare and distribute flight itineraries, manifests, and pre-departure documentation.Update internal systems and CRM tools to track quotes, trips, and client information.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Provide general administrative support to the Charter Manager and assist with reporting and post-flight follow-up.QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality preferred.Strong understanding of charter sales, trip coordination, or dispatch operations is an asset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Professional, client-focused, and solutions-oriented attitude.Why Join UsBe part of a dynamic, growing aviation group committed to safety, service, and operational excellence.Opportunity for professional development in one of the region’s most respected aviation companies.Collaborative and supportive work culture within a forward-thinking corporate group.Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their resume and cover letter to nimbuscorpgroup@gmail.com by November 30th 2025
