Chief Technology Officer (CTO)We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision, architecture, and execution for the company. This role requires a deep technical foundation and the ability to drive real implementation—from designing scalable platforms to guiding software delivery teams across the full DevSecOps lifecycle. As a core member of the executive team, the CTO will work cross-functionally with product, operations, and external partners to ensure that technology outcomes are aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities1.
Technology Strategy & Architecture LeadershipDefine and own the enterprise-wide technology roadmap in alignment with commercial goals. Lead and contribute to the implementation of scalable system architecture and integrations. Provide technical leadership to solution and technical architects, driving robust solutioning for complex business requirements. Stay ahead of technology trends and ensure continuous innovation. 2. Software Development & DevOps ExcellenceOversee and participate in hands-on implementation of CI/CD pipelines, software modules, and infrastructure-as-code. Champion modern engineering practices including Agile, DevSecOps, test automation, containerization, and observability. Guide engineering teams through code reviews, debugging, system performance tuning, and production releases.
Ensure high system availability, fault tolerance, and delivery velocity across environments. 3. Project Delivery & Technical ExecutionLead the delivery of enterprise-grade products and platforms from idea to production. Translate architectural vision into working, well-documented systems with appropriate scalability and security measures. Serve as the technical escalation point, resolving architectural, design, or implementation issues effectively. Monitor delivery risks and remove technical blockers proactively. 4. Technical Team & Talent ManagementBuild, lead, and retain a high-performing team of engineers, DevOps specialists, and architects. Create a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and engineering excellence. Provide mentorship and career development pathways for technical talent.
Set and enforce coding standards, documentation norms, and architectural principles. 5. Cross-functional EngagementCollaborate with Product and Operations teams to co-develop scalable, user-centric tech solutions. Align technical deliverables with business needs, go-to-market timelines, and regulatory requirements. Act as a credible technical voice when engaging with customers, vendors, and key external stakeholders. 6. Security, Risk & GovernanceDesign and implement security-by-design principles across all technology layers. Own disaster recovery, data governance, and incident response planning. Ensure compliance with national cybersecurity standards and industry frameworks. Continuously assess and mitigate technology-related risks across infrastructure and applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile14+ years in software engineering or enterprise systems, including 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles. Proven experience in architecting, building, and implementing end-to-end systems and CI/CD pipelines. Strong technical depth in cloud/on-prem infrastructure, DevOps, microservices, and modern software stacks. Hands-on leadership of solution architects and technical delivery teams across large-scale programs. Demonstrated ability to drive delivery under pressure, resolve technical challenges, and scale platforms securely.
