Job Description

AED 32,000 - 38,000 Per MonthCharterhouse is currently working with a Global Law Firm to assist in their hiring of an Office Manager to support the daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day functioning of the office, managing administrative tasks, supervising front-of-house services, and ensuring the overall efficiency of daily operations. Key responsibilities include facilities management, negotiating with suppliers while maintaining strong relationships, monitoring contract and trade license renewals, and managing office supplies by tracking inventory and placing orders as needed.

In addition, the Office Manager will also be accountable for health and safety compliance, ensuring procedures are aligned with required standards, and ensuring staff adhere to them. Furthermore, you will manage the office budget and petty cash. This role also involves professional support to the legal team, including matter openings, billing, and expense management. Assisting with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Collaboration with the BD, Marketing, Events, and Finance teams will be essential, along with supporting any other ad hoc administrative needs.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Office Management or Senior Administrative roles, with a strong background in facilities management, ideally within Legal or Professional Services. In addition to exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and verbal. As a proven Office Manager; you will be highly organised, a self-starter with proven experience at managing tight deadlines. Our client is looking to recruit a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who is a strong team player but also confident working independently, yet demonstrate excellent teamworking skills.
