Job Description

Responsibilities:- Replying to WhatsApp and email support channels,- Handling users' requests.- Admin work related to DXBinteract app and website.- Following up with the web Developers regarding errors.Requirements:- Skills in Clarity tool- Fast typer (Typing without looking at screens).- Excellent English writing and speaking skills, other languages could be an advantage.- Excellent call and messaging communication skills.- Experienced in-app support and UI.- Customer service centric.Package for the role: AED 4.500 + Residence Visa + Health Insurance
