Job DescriptionAnalyze chatbot transcripts to identify issues and propose improvements.Coordinate and monitor sentiment surveys across countries.Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas.Classify historical chat data to build a structured Q&A repository.Label datasets with relevant tags (intent, sentiment, etc.) for machine learning use.Assist in compiling requirements, coordinating rollouts, and collecting post-launch feedback.RequirementsStrong research skills, especially in analyzing external platforms and competitorsAbility to transform unstructured data into clear, actionable insightsProficient in data analysis, quality assurance, and competitive benchmarkingDetail-oriented with strong analytical thinkingExcellent communication and coordination across teamsSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
