Position Description Job Title: Training ManagerFunction: Retail Reporting Position: General ManagerKey ObjectiveTo engage & develop the sales force to inspire their best competencies and cultivate them as the brand ambassadors. Inspire sales advisors to be aligned with the Maison not only in retailing but also in culture. Specific ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

▶Deploy Learning Path for the Retail teamWork with the Regional Training team for Retail training strategy and budgeting for retail staffIdentify and analyze learning and coaching needs for the individual and collective needs for the boutique Recommend action plans and coaching plans; create and maintain personalized learning plans for boutique staff Facilitate in-boutique training, learning solutions (including digital ones) and field coaching, and application of learning. Plan and track coaching conversations with boutique staff to help them in their work and in meeting performance and service objectives.

Implement in-boutique learning sessions on product, service, and strategyDrive digital learning, and client-centric experience in boutique Engage in floor coaching to ensure retention and application of learning Engage in regular coaching conversations with boutique staff to assist in their learning journeys▶Onboarding Planning for New HiresPut together customized on boarding experience for new hires and deploy accordinglyCoach new hires in product knowledge, selling skills and client service using blended learning approachesEquip on boarding buddy to support new hiresMonitor and track progress of integration for new hires▶Measuring Effectiveness on KPITrack learning and coaching effectiveness by setting appropriate KPIs.

Observe frontline learners at work (using specific pre-designed checklists) and share observations and feedback regarding staff performance, as well as client insights Proactively bringing people/client intelligence/pulse of the retail teams to retail and business GMsRelevant Experience and TrainingDegree holder /DiplomaMinimum 6 years’ experience in training, L&D, retail or retail management area with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Good command of written and spoken English (Preferred)Strong passion for people development and client service excellenceStrong presentation and communication skillOrganized and work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track recordExcellent interpersonal skills Strong feedback skillsCoaching principles and practicesPossesses an innovative mindset
