Leadership: Strong team management, delegation, and operational efficiency, especially during high-volume service. Innovation: Ability to create signature dishes and adapt menus seasonally with global influences. Quality & Presentation: High standards in flavor, plating, and consistency. Business Skills: Experience in cost control, waste management, and profitable menu pricing. Collaboration: Works closely with front-of-house; comfortable engaging with guests.
