Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.DescriptionYou will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible to manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the established concept statements and brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the restaurant.QualificationsIdeally with a Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in upscale dining environments Background in crafting refined, health-driven cuisine aligned with wellness and sustainability principles. Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standardsAbility to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize kitchen workflowsGood command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, Email and general computer literacy
