You must have a passion about cooking to a consistently high standard, the ability to work autonomously, cooking high quality meals and buffet for guests and events according to menus. You will take responsibility for assigned kitchen area, take leadership and support training and development of junior kitchen staff. Be flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
