The menu draws together classic Japanese and European techniques - a mix of new-style sushi and sashimi as well as traditional Japanese dishes enlivened with unexpected twists. We have an extensive sake menu, Japan-inspired cocktails and a range of local, Japanese and imported beers.The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to step into the role of Chef de Partie! Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a comparable role. The ability to work well under pressure, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests are must! You would need to be comfortable with working at a busy hot line section.
