Gourmet Food Parlour have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced Chef De Partie to join our restaurant team in our Brown Thomas,City centre restaurants.This is a great opportunity for innovated individuals to bring forward their experience and skills and shine through the food and service they present.We're looking for someone who's excited to come in to work every day and ready to develop the team, grow with the brand & tackle challenges.Are you :Passionate about food and the hospitality industryFocused on presentation with a great eye for detailEnjoy being part of a great and supportive teamInterested in progression and driven to push themselvesIf you answered yes to the above then you are the person we are looking for!!!The ideal candidate mustHave a minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchenBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentBe interested in latest food trends and enjoy creating new dishesPay attention to detail and have great presentation skillsBe able to run own section and work to order and coordinate with timingsEngage with and understand our management and floor team responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communicationPrepare food to standard recipes and/or customized to meet our customers' requirements Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift as required.
