Assist in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency. Take pride in preparing and presenting beautifully crafted dishes, ensuring they are properly dressed before being served. Assist Chef in Charge with preparing back of house rosters. Oversee stock control and ensure the safe and proper storage of food and kitchen supplies. Contribute to the development of exciting new menu items in partnership with the Executive Chef. Expected minimum hours: 30 hours per weekLocation: 327/343 Frankton Road, Queenstown 9300, New ZealandHourly range: $33 - $35NZD per hour. (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver). Demonstrated experience and understanding of culinary procedures and methods. Good communication skills. Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking.
