Are you highly motivated and do you value the expertise of a well-coordinated team?To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Chef de Rang for the opening of the Greek restaurant Neora in the upcoming 2025/2026 winter season.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising guests on their choice of food and beveragesSelling and recommending selected winesWelcoming and looking after guestsBreakfast service and à la carte service in the eveningVarious cashier duties (Micros system)Daily mise en place tasksManaging your own station in the Neora restaurantServing food and beveragesParticipating in weekly training sessionsWorking according to Kempinski standardsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCompleted training in a comparable hotel and several years of extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomyAbility to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awarenessStructured and organised way of workingGreat interest in team-oriented workYour motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guestYou are happy to take responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to younger colleaguesVery good knowledge of Greek, German and English is a prerequisite.
