Joining Unlimitail means becoming part of the Retail Media revolution — the marketing lever that is transforming advertising by leveraging data and the digital and physical environments of retailers.With the ambition to become a leader in Europe and Latin America, Unlimitail helps brands deploy powerful Retail Media strategies and supports retailers in developing their own offers through cutting-edge proprietary technology.At Unlimitail, you’ll be joining a fast-growing company at the crossroads of data, technological innovation, and digital marketing — reinventing the way brands and retailers connect with consumers.Role Overview :Reporting to the Retail Media In-Store Program Director, the Project Lead fully drives and embodies transformation projects for the in-store monetization model — from design to on-the-ground implementation.Your Mission :Lead end-to-end strategic projects within the Retail Media In-Store program, from scoping to operational implementation.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: Carrefour teams (marketing, trade, IT, data, stores), the media saleshouse, technology partners, and service providers.Ensure consistency and execution quality while meeting objectives, timelines, and budgets.Analyze performance and business impact of deployments, identify optimization levers, and propose actionable improvements.Anticipate risks and make pragmatic decisions to ensure target achievement.Act as a proactive contributor on operational models, processes, and deployment solutions.Play an active role in structuring and continuously improving the overall Retail Media In-Store framework.What we’re looking for :Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, ideally within retail, mass distribution, or media environments.Strong track record in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across headquarters, field teams, and external partners.Curious and proactive in leveraging AI tools to enhance performance and productivity, with a hands-on and resourceful mindset.Professional proficiency in English.Excellent knowledge of the grocery retail sector (GSA) and its economic, operational, and organizational challenges.Deep understanding of in-store operations and field realities.Strong business and performance orientation: every initiative is driven by its impact on value creation.Proven project leadership: ability to make decisions, prioritize, and drive progress in complex environments.Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, combined with solid marketing and data sensitivity.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders within Carrefour and external partners.Curious and open-minded, with a strong interest in innovation, emerging retail media models, and digital tools.Location: Paris (2nd arrondissement) and Massy (91) – occasional travel to stores required.Status: Managerial position (Cadre status).Start date: As soon as possible.What’s in it for you :Work in a fast-paced, international, and innovative environment, at the intersection of data, retail, and media – one of the fastest-growing spaces in digitalA strategic role in a high-growth team with autonomy and impactA dynamic, supportive environment with smart people and bold ambitionsOffice located in the heart of Paris (Sentier district)A flexible remote work policy of 2 days/week90% reimbursement of public transportation10€/day Swile card for each working day, we'll cover 60% of the costReady to make a big impact?
