Akij Fair Value Ltd is looking for ChefJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chef on a contractual basis to manage our snacks corner, ensuring high-quality food and beverage preparation, excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Responsibilities:Prepare variety of beverages including coffee (Capachino, Mocha, Hot coffee, Cold coffee), Milk shake, Juice, Lacchi, and Faluda.Prepare food items such as Chicken Fry.Maintain proper order and display of pastry and bakery items.Manage stock levels of raw materials and ensure inventory control.Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards at the snacks corner.Handle customer payments through the POS machine.Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, Security, and cash handling procedures.Educational RequirementsHSCBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Chef, Coffee, Bakery and PastryExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies,Food (Packaged)Additional RequirementsProven experience as Chef or similar role in a café or food service outlet.Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.Ability to handle a POS machine.
