This is a Full time position working Tuesday-Thursday 1100-1900 as Sous Chef and Friday/Saturday 0800-1700 as Senior Lead ChefIn this role you will:Collaborate with the kitchen team to create an exceptional dining experience that's 'good enough for mum'.Provide coverage of the Senior Lead Chef during their days off.Prepare delicious meals from our seasonal menus, rich in variety, flavour and nutrition.Cater to different residents' dietary needs.Assist with specialty food for fine dining experiences and functions.Operate with health and safety as a key consideration at all times.About You To thrive in our environment you will have:New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (level 3)Be able to step up as Senior Lead Chef on Friday & SaturdayProven experience as a Chef, leading a team and running a kitchen Outstanding communication skillsA reliable, friendly and professional mannerRyman Food Experience Be part of the Ryman Food Experience, going beyond traditional aged care dining to create a truly holistic approach to nutrition and well-being, through thoughtfully prepared meals that respect our residents and celebrate diverse cultural traditions.
