You will join an exceptional team of professionals and deliver an elevated food experience to our guests. Depending on your level of experience, your day may look different but here are just some of the things our BHG Chefs get up to:Prepping for service;Delivering on-trend, relevant, seasonal food offerings from the kitchen;Learning new techniques in all sections of the kitchen;Stock management and waste control;Ensure that food is prepared and delivered to guests in line with The Boathouse Group standards of quality and service.We have full time and casual opportunities available so please specifiy what employment you are seeking in your cover letter!About YouTo be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience as a Cook or Chef, working in a busy hospitality environment. You will also:Have a confident and can-do attitude;Be friendly, approachable and genuine;Have a passion for well-executed food;Be a team player with a collaborative working style;You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
