Job Description

The Dunraven Arms Hotel are currently recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie to work with our experienced team of chefs. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working alongside and supporting the Sous and Head Chef. You will create and cook dishes to the highest standards for the fine dining Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar and a very successful banqueting department. Key requirements include: Minimum 2 years experience, Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP, Flexibility, Good communicator with good inter-personal skills, Proven team worker, Ambitious, Hard working.Excellent live in accommodation will be provided in our fully furnished houses in the village all within walking distance from the hotel. We will provide discounted Leisure Centre membership. We will offer you Friends and Family rates at the hotel. Meals provided on duty. Uniform provided.
