The Quality Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance during the production and replacement of steam generators. This role will be based onsite at the manufacturing facility. It will focus on ensuring compliance with quality standards, with a strong emphasis on Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) monitoring and management. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce quality assurance protocols during steam generator manufacturingMonitor and manage FME practices to prevent contamination and ensure equipment integrityConduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews of manufacturing processes and documentationIdentify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with engineering and production teamsMaintain accurate records of quality activities, non-conformances, and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specificationsCommunicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to uphold quality expectationsQualifications:

Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in quality assurance within a heavy manufacturing or nuclear environmentStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with FME protocols and quality control systemsExperience with large component manufacturing or replacement is highly desirableFamiliarity with steam generator manufacturing or replacement is a strong assetKnowledge of BWXT processes and standards is a plusExcellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skillsPreferred Certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent.
