As we are embarking into a journey to be listed in Global Fortune 500 employer in year 2030, we need more talents like you to join us.Shape YOUR future with Top Glove, The World’s Largest Manufacturer of Gloves!Your mission:1) Understanding gloves manufacturing process flow & operation.2) Monitor existing equipment utilization, performances & provide suggestions for improvement.3) Assist in monitoring incoming raw material and in-process control testing4) Assist in monitoring incoming latex inspection, compounded latex and dipping tank latex testing, SI,TSC etc5) Involved in assisting production process control testing: calcium nitrate, CPF, TDS, temperature6) Involved in chemical preparation testing: acid, alkaline, CPF, and calcium nitrate7) Introduction to protein test, powder level test, aging test, moisture content (biomass and glove)8) Involved in finished product testing: tensile strength (ASTM and EN standards). Dimension9) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.10) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.What we are looking for:1) Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Science/Chemistry from a reputable university.2) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.3) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.4) Internship must be a mandatory component of the applicant’s university program
