Job Content: Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility Support Production Staff in trouble shooting in case of process interruptions or disturbances. Advise on both direct problem solving and on measures to prevent future disturbances (roles: Process Technical Expert, Process Expertise and Process Equipment Engineer in work processes Maintenance andOperate Normal). Propose actions for performance improvement and reduction of operating costs (role: Plant Performance Engineer in the Improve Plant work process). Ensure that production recipes are kept up-to-date and applied properly. Provide supervision and guidance to the Instructor, who administers production recipes. Advise on specifications of raw materials, monitor analysis results and advise in case specifications are not met. Troubleshoot in case of chemical / specification problems during production, determine the quality status of finished products and approve release (role: SHEQ-inspector). Guide test runs or first production batches in case of application of new or improved recipes, or when using other raw material or catalysts. Increase levels of user knowledge by supporting training of production personnel. Ensure a complete and efficient archive of (technical) documents related to the different roles.
