Chemist R&D Engineer /化学研发工程师

该职位来源于猎聘Material development responsibilities with the following tasks 1.) Establish and optimize epoxy resin formulation for processing; 2.) Collect, test, evaluate functional output from formulation and process effectiveness; 3.) Set up standard procedure for formulation build-up; Set up and run prototype of material build up; 5.) Set up and upgrade chemical formulationWork with product development engineers to continuously optimize process parameters for applications;Provide training of chemical / polymerization knowledge timely to product and process development team.Continuously follow up industry trend of glass fiber related formulation, especially for environmentally friendly resource and processes.Ensure all related technical deliverables as defined in Product Realization Process are completed effectively to support NPI & Volume Manufacture transition.Ensure technical documentation is established and maintained. Qualification:Master degree+, major in Polymer Chemistry and chemical relative.7 years+ experience and 3 years at least in R&D/NPI epoxy resin based chemical industry.Experience of epoxy resin formulation development for glass fiber material applicationExperience with decorative application process will be preferred.Knowledge in electronics products reliability tests specificationFluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communicationGood analyzing and scientific appraising skills;Strong communication & project management skills.Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability
