At Chemist Warehouse Ireland we're looking for a IT Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team. About The JobAs our IT Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that IT systems, support, and infrastructure run smoothly across our expanding network of stores and head office. You’ll coordinate IT support and vendor relationships, manage the full IT setup for new store openings, and work closely with our Australia-based IT team and Ireland-based stakeholders. This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who is ready to step into a broader, people-facing role.
With 3 new stores opening by June (bringing us to 15 nationwide) and more planned throughout the year, this role will involve travel to stores across the country – particularly to support new store builds and openings.
What You'll Be DoingCoordinate day-to-day IT support activity across our store and support office network, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requestsLiaise with internal teams (ERP, IT Service Desk, Store Operations) and global IT partners to ensure smooth service deliveryWork closely with our Australian-based IT team and vendors to maintain performance standards and address any support or system issuesOwn the end-to-end IT setup process for new store builds — including planning, installation, testing, and go-live supportTravel to stores across Ireland to support store openings, troubleshoot onsite issues, or support key upgradesLead application and system testing ahead of deployment to ensure smooth functionalityMaintain IT documentation, track assets, and assist with audits as neededAbout YouExperience in an IT support or systems coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or retail settingSolid technical knowledge across Microsoft environments (e.
g. Windows, Active Directory, Office 365)Understanding of networking and server systemsExcellent troubleshooting, organisation and prioritisation skillsExperience supporting system setups or technology rollouts in physical locations (e. g.
