Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic financial planning and annual budgeting processes; evaluate business initiatives and provide actionable, insight-driven recommendations to support executive decision-makingOversee the timely and accurate preparation of all financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards; manage and optimize the month-end closing processSupervise inventory management processes, year-end audits, and preparation of transfer pricing documentationDirect tax planning activities and ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns; maintain positive relationships with regulatory authoritiesBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with local financial institutions to support auto financial products for both dealers and end customersManage banking relationships and financial partnerships with key stakeholders, including dealers and business partnersOversee cash flow planning and fund availability; ensure liquidity and cash security to support continuous business operationsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus)Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or automotive finance, including solid managerial experienceProven track record in leading finance teams and driving strategic financial decisionsFluency in English, both written and spokenStrong proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Office skillsIn-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international tax regulationsExperience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred
