We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care to children and young people aged 0-18, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support young people with a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioural difficulties.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct mental health and risk assessments. Deliver evidence-based interventions. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Contribute to care planning and review processes. Essential RequirementsRegistered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with relevant professional body registration. Passion for working with children and young people in a mental health setting.
