As Visitor Welcome Manager you will be responsible for the front of house team who are the public face of our Cathedral and it will be your role to ensure that every aspect of our visitor experience is meaningful for everyone who comes through the door. As a charitable organisation that receives no state funding, we must work hard to raise funds so that we can continue to care for the building and our heritage. Your role will play an essential part in this as you focus on combining a world class welcome with generating income from our visitors.
