As a Controller, you'll lead the accounting team, collaborate with leaders across the company, and drive innovation by automating and modernizing our processes. Your expertise in accounting, modern tools, and organizational change will be crucial for aligning cross-functional teams as you introduce new tools, systems, and workflows that support data-driven decisions and operational excellence.
What You'll DoOwn financial and accounting reporting, ensuring proper control framework and financial data integrity across all CTC entitiesDevelop and implement accounting processes and procedures that improve the timeliness, efficiency, and reliability of financial data and controlsManage the monthly close process and oversee general ledger activity, detailed account reconciliations and GL variance analysis to ensure the accuracy of monthly consolidations and reportingResearch and implement technical accounting pronouncements and investigate accounting issues and transactional anomaliesDevelop and maintain the team's accounting policies and procedures and engage with senior level management on accounting mattersBe a people leader, responsible for the coaching and development of a group of accounting professionalsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceRequirementsAt least 3+ years of experience managing people in accounting.
Experience owning daily/monthly close process and other key accounting functions. Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Demonstrated track record of driving continuous process and system improvements, with a focus on increasing automation and efficiency. Strong operational excellence mindset with exceptional interpersonal and change management skills to successfully lead and implement organizational change. Experience working with software to generate reporting for general ledger, procurement, and expense.
