Chief Accountant

Job Description:Gohub is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team. You’ll be in charge of the company’s accounting activities — from recording transactions to handling tax declarations.Your key responsibilities will include:Accounting Entries: Record and process all accounting transactions in MISA software with accuracy and compliance with current regulations.Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary accounting documents such as payment/receipt vouchers, purchase/sales invoices, and bank transaction records.Invoice Issuance: Create and issue VAT invoices in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations and internal requirements.Tax Declaration: Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly tax declarations (VAT, PIT), ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.Bank Payments: Handle banking transactions, verify and reconcile records with bank statements.Document Management: Organize and maintain accounting documents and records systematically for easy retrieval and audit purposes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldsMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar roleProficient in MISA accounting softwareStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibilityEagerness to learn and ability to work both independently and within a teamWhat You’ll Get at Gohub:A young, friendly, and supportive working environmentOpportunities to grow your accounting and financial expertiseFull compliance with labor laws, including social & health insurance, paid leave, etc.Fun internal activities: teambuilding, company trips, birthdays, and more!
