We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data and technology ready to „WOW” the world with our expertise, passion and pride to be GREEN.We act on our values of Passion for consumers & customers, Courage to dream & pioneer, Care for people & planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges.Your Responsibilities Would IncludeImproving the financial integrity of Operating Companies' financials by appointing in HEINEKEN Kraków experienced resources to focus exclusively on accounting quality and controls executionActing as a focal point for the OpCos on financial matters (an accounting “go to” person) and supporting facilitate cross process co-operationBeing responsible for leading and managing full accounting operationsSupervising and monitoring the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cash management and taxesReviewing, investigating, and preparing corrections to errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reportsSupporting an end to end ownership of HEINEKEN Kraków and OpCo partneringDeveloping and maintaining successful working relationships with Group, Regions, other teams within HEINEKEN Kraków and key stakeholdersContributing to continuous improvement by proposing ideas, participating in projects and applying any agreed changes to processesAdhering to HEINEKEN Group Accounting Policy and Procedures for all accounting and reporting activitiesKeeping up with relevant developments in IFRS and / or SCOA and exchanging information with OpCosLiaising with external and internal auditors, sharing relevant information with the auditorsMaintaining relationships with third parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities You Are a Good Candidate If You Haveat least 5 years of practical experience in Finance/Accountingproven successful track as Finance/Accounting expert and acting as Chief Accountantexpert knowledge in tax regulations and standards of international accountingexcellent communication and presentation skillsstrong experience in stakeholder management and change managementHigh Project Management skillsAt HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
