Chief Accountant

TEMA Manufacturing is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Accountant to join our Finance Department and lead all accounting operations with excellence and integrity. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and timely execution of all financial tasks.Oversee the preparation and review of all financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Manage the General Ledger, ensuring compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and company policies.Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, and inventory transactions.Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Maintain and improve internal controls, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.Review and manage payroll-related accounting entries.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, WHT, Income Tax, Social Insurance).Contribute to system enhancements, especially within SAP (preferred). 🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.5–7 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing experience is a strong plus).Leadership and team management skills are essential.Strong command of English (spoken and written).Preferably experienced with SAP or ERP systems.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. 🔹 What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Professional and supportive work environment.Opportunities for growth within a leading manufacturing organization.
